The App uses automated and AI systems. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.

4. Confidentiality

Information you access through the App may be confidential. Handle it in accordance with Enriched Senior Living policies and applicable law, including resident privacy obligations.

5. Availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue it at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enriched Senior Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
